Larry has over 35 years of experience as a real estate attorney and title officer. Prior to opening Core Title Services, LLC, Larry spent 8 years as manager of a direct Fidelity National Title Insurance Company underwriting operation and he also served as New York underwriting counsel for Fidelity National Title. Prior to his employment with Fidelity, Larry spent 16 years as a partner of Zavatsky, Mendelsohn, Gross, Savino and Levy, LLP, specializing in real estate. Zavatsky et al was a leading NY Real Estate Law Firm facilitating over 2,500 closings a year.

Before becoming a founding member of Zavatsky et al in 1989, Larry was an associate practicing real estate with several law offices in New York. Larry was also a certified major league baseball agent, representing several players and was an assistant general manager of the Saint Lucie Legends, a professional senior league baseball team in the 1990’s. Larry received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The State University of New York at Albany in 1981 and his JD degree from Hofstra Law School in 1984. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association and has been practicing law for over 35 years.
