Ethiel has been with Core Title Services since 2014 in the role of Underwriting Counsel. Ethiel has grown throughout his time with Core to become a driving force of its underwriting efforts. Ethiel has taken the time to learn as much as possible from Ira and Larry and brings a millennial mindset to an old school process. He is an integral part of what we do at Core Title and has moved up the ranks to his current role as Senior Vice President. Ethiel is a practicing attorney with over 13 years’ experience in real estate. As an experienced attorney in negotiating real estate contracts, handling real estate transactions, and bank settlements, his experience brings a wide range of knowledge to aid in the real estate process. In addition, he can see the problems from the same point of view as our clients, which is invaluable, and aids in his stellar rate of client satisfaction.

Ethiel graduated from Binghamton University in 2006 where he received dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and Computer Science. After college Ethiel pursued his legal studies at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and in 2010 he graduated with his J.D. Ethiel is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and helps mentor current law students at his alma mater, Touro College Law Center.
