Elise Udolf

With over 25 years of experience in the title insurance industry, Elise Udolf brings a wealth of knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of both residential and commercial transactions. Her career has spanned roles with national underwriters and title agents, giving her a 360-degree view of the industry—from title search, readings, and clearance to operations and direct client service.

Originally from Connecticut, Elise holds a BA in Economics from UPenn, and began her career in real estate as a paralegal at a prominent Boston law firm, where she was first introduced to title insurance and real estate law. She went on to earn her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law. Her first role as an attorney handling title insurance matters was in New York City with the Division of Real Property, Department of General Services, where she closed on In-Rem City-owned foreclosed properties—an experience that sparked a lifelong dedication to the field.

Elise is actively engaged in the ongoing advancement of the title industry. She serves on the Career Development Committee for the New York State Land Title Association and the New York State Bar Association’s Real Property Committee. She is also a member of the New York City and Fairfield County Bar Associations, and a proud supporter of National Jewish Health.

Outside of work, Elise enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing, and hiking with family and friends.
