Andrew is the third generation of his family in the title insurance industry, bringing over 23 years of experience in both residential and complex commercial real estate transactions. As President and Managing Partner of CORE Title Services, LLC, Andrew oversees the firm’s operations, strategic direction, and client relationships, ensuring every transaction is handled with precision, transparency, and exceptional service.

He began his career at First American Title in New York City as a title examiner before joining his family’s agency, North Shore Abstract, Ltd. There, he worked in multiple roles—from reader to title officer—gaining comprehensive knowledge of every facet of the business. Following North Shore’s merger with Fidelity National Title in 2008, Andrew shifted his focus to title sales and closings, further honing his expertise in client service and operational efficiency. In 2013, he co-founded CORE Title Services to provide a more personalized, expert-driven alternative to the large corporate title model.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. He serves on the Executive Committee of the New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA), where he chairs the Technology Committee, and in 2025 was appointed to Stewart Title’s Agency Board of Advisors. That same year, he earned the prestigious National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), becoming one of only four designees in New York State and 116 nationwide.

In addition to his leadership at CORE, Andrew is Associate Chair of the Real Estate Working Group of the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, a nonprofit promoting blockchain innovation in financial services. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Variety Child Learning Center, a Long Island nonprofit with three schools for children with special needs, and advises two blockchain startups: Hashfire DLT, which enables on-chain contracts with built-in payments and financing, and Balcony Technology Group, which secures and connects property data through blockchain infrastructure.
