CORE Title Services, LLC was founded by title insurance veterans in 2013. We were officers of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company who decided to start their own title insurance agency in order to provide more personal service than a large company could offer. Our priority is to offer first class, personal service to our clients. We at CORE like to consider our office to be an extension of the staff of our client’s office and we want our clients to know that we are here to assist them with any aspect of their real estate transaction that they need. Our CORE concept is to offer a boutique experience that focuses completely on our client’s needs. We founded CORE on the premise of eliminating the corporate philosophy and practices that are prevalent at large title companies and to provide the attentive service our clients expect and deserve.
